PURPOSE:To secure fail safe for disconnection of a temperature sensor, by detecting the disconnection state of the temperaure sensor independently of temperature control and control for prevention of excessive rise. CONSTITUTION:A resistance 8, a temerature sensor 9, and the baseemitter connection of a transistor 10 are conncted in parallel to the heating main circuit consisting of a temperature fuse 3, a relay contact 4a, and a heater 5. Similarly, a relay coil 4, the collector emitter connection of a transistor 26, and the collector-emitter connection of the transistor 10 are connected in parallel. The output terminal of an operational amplifier 28 for temperature control is connected to the base of the transistor 26. By this constitution, even if the temperature sensor 9 is disconnected, a bias current is not supplied to the base of the transistor 10, and therefore, a current is not flowed to the relay coil 4, and the contact 4a is opened to prevent power supply to the heater 5, and thus, overheat is prevented.
