Abstract
PURPOSE: A coal-oil mixture containing a vegetable phospholipid as a dispersant, having high availability of the dispersant, a stable cost and high storage stability, and being easy to extract from a tank.
CONSTITUTION: The coal-oil mixture is prepared in a mixing weight ratio of coal such as anthracite, bituminous coal and brown coal having 100% of a particle size passing through an 80 mesh sieve to petroleum such as crud oil, heavy oil pitch of from 6 to 4 to 3 to 7. To 100pts.wt. coal-oil mixture, about 0.01W10pts.wt., preferably 0.1W3pts.wt. vegetable phospholipid is added as a dispersant. The vagetable phospholipid is obtained in a refining process for vagetable oils obtained from raw materials for various vegetable oils such as soybeans, rapeseeds, cotton seeds and safflowers. The vegetable phospholipid (lecithin) is easily avoilable and has a stable cost. In this coal-oil mixture, coal can be prevented from sedimenting for a long period.
