CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a delay time specifying circuit 4 which can specify an optional delay time, a circuit 2 which delays an actuation signal 1 by the specified time, and actuation indication controlling circuit 6 which generates an actuation indication signal 7 indicating actual actuation from the actuation signal 1 and the output of the delay circuit 2. Therefore, the time from the reception of the actuation signal to the actual actuation start is specified freely.
