Abstract

Even if the main body 6 of the frame is oscillated by a motor 7, the oscillation transmitted to the frame 8 is cancelled by oscillating the weight 9 in the opposite direction through the spring 11, which will not oscillate the frame 8, resulting in no effect upon the base. Even if load is cast heavily upon the upper portion and oscillation is largely applied thereto, the frame 8 is adapted to transmit only static load to the springs 12.
