Abstract
PURPOSE:To measure the electric resistivity of electrolyte-impregnated separators quickly and accurately by using electrode group bodies having plural electrodes of which the interelectrode spacings become respectively equal when opposed to each other. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 1-3 of the same size are respectively fixed to an insulation plate 4, and terminals 21-23 are provided to form an upper electrode group. Electrodes 1'-3' of the same size are connected in the lower part to form a lower electrode group body, which is provided with a common terminal 24. Hence, if the upper and lower electrode group bodies are opposed to each other, and samples 5, 7 of the same kind and the same thickness are grasped respectively between electrode surfaces 11, 11' and 13, 13', a spacing 6 equal to the thikness thereof is created between electrode surfaces 12 and 12'. In this state, electrolyte 8 is filled in the spacing 6 and measurement is carried out. Since any correction by temp. difference is not required and an adequate static pressure can be applied, the electric resistivity of the samples is measured quickly and accurately.
