Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent defective and deteriorated transistors (TR), by applying a drain bias while a gate bias voltage is applied. CONSTITUTION:When a switch S1 is turned on, a voltage V3 of a DC power supply U3 is applied to the emitter of a TRQ3 and a DC/DC converter U1, A voltage V1 converted at the converter U1 is applied to the gate of a TRQ1 as the gate bias. Simultaneously, the voltage V1 is fed to the emitter of a TRQ2 to turn on the TRQ2 when the voltage V1 is at a prescribed value. Thus, the TRQ3 also turns on to apply a drain bias to the drain of the TRQ1.
