CONSTITUTION:If voltage obtained by comparing base voltage due to a Zener diode D5 with output voltage to control the output voltage is applied to an emitter of a transistor Q2, one-round closed circuit with negative feedback function is formed. When load current is increased and the output voltage of terminals 3 and 4 is reduced, the collector current of a comparison transistor Q1 is reduced, so that the electric conduction period of the level comparison transistor Q2 is prolonged, a thyrister SCR1 or SCR2 is conducted for longer period and large quantities of current flows into a capacitor C1.
