Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the sheet which is excellent in foaming and expansion quantity in heating by holding and clamping an olefin group resin sheet to which the peroxide, a cross-linking assitant agent, a foaming agent, etc. are mixed between two endless belts and heating the sheet so as not to contact with the atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:The sheet is prepared in such a manner that the olefin group resin to which respective 1-10PHR of the peroxide, the cross-linking assistant agent and the foaming agent and fillers, a silane agent and slip additives as necessary are mixed is prepared lest the peroxide, etc. should decompose and react. The sheet is held and clamped between the two endless belts so as not to substantially contact with the atmosphere, cross-linked and heated lest the foaming agent should decompose and foam while being forwarded, and released from the belts. The sheet is cooled between rolls, cut and granulated, and foamed and heated, and foaming bodies with high foaming magnification are obtained.
