Abstract

PURPOSE:To immediately grasp incoming and outgoing goods so that accounting works are made easily, by inputting names and quantities of a plural number of goods through the input equipment of the accounting machine, and displaying the input information by classifying them into groups based on locations where they are kept. CONSTITUTION:Signals inputted from a key input equipment 1 provided with ten keys, etc., of an accounting machine, are detected by a key detecting circuit 6, and names and quantities of goods are added to a reading only storage circuit 7 after they are converted into codes of a JAS or an ASC11. This circuit 7 selects previously written addresses corresponding to the codes, and the output signal from the circuit 7 is temporarily stored in a reading/wroting only storage circuit 8. After that, when a previously fixed grouping key is depressed, waveforms of signals are added to a controlling circuit 9 and the contents of the circuit 8 are stored afte the contents are divided into groups based on locations where they are kept, and, moreover, they are stored by dividing them into ordered number of every day. Then, they are displayed on a picture display equipment 5 through a reading/writing-only storage circuit for picture displaying 10 and a picture display controlling circuit 11, and thus according works are simplified.
