Abstract

PURPOSE: To lower the center of gravity of a whole truck by installling the accomodating part of a bed tilting mechanism on a floor.
CONSTITUTION: One end of a bed tilting mechanism 5 is axially set to a chassis base frame 1 around a shaft 7, and the other end is axially set to the side surface of the accomodation part 9 formed inwardly from a floor 8, around a shaft 6. The whole bed 3 is axially supported in free tilting around a shaft 2 on the rear part of a chassis base frame 1. The traverse girders 4 installed on the lower surface of the floor 8 make contact with the upper surface of a wagon 1 when the bed 3 is at horizontal attitude and supports the bed 3. During travelling, soil, sand etc. can be loaded at the height equal to the tilting mechanism accomodated in the accomodation part, and the center of gravity of the whole truck is positioned lower than that in the case where the conventional floor is constituted of a flat bed, and travelling of the wagon is stabilized.
