Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve efficiency of a wind-mill by providing the wind-mill at the blow-out port of a conical streamer having the opening area at the blow-out port made smaller than that at the intake port in order to quicken fluidic velocity of flow.
CONSTITUTION: A wind-mill 5 is provided at the blow-out port of a conical streamer having the opening area of the blow-out port 10 made smaller than that at the intake port 9. Natural wind 11 blown in from the windward is collected and contracted, at the same time, with velocity accelerated, goes out of the blow-out port 10. In consequence, as resulted from passing through the streamer, the velocity of wind is increased. If a propeller-shaped wind-mill 5 is fixed at the end of the flow, the wind-mill can be efficiently turned by the increased velocity of wind through this reinforced effect.
