Abstract
PURPOSE: To exactly improve the ground by a method in which a powder, e.g., cement, etc., is injected with a carrier gas into the pit of the ground and the powder and the soil of the ground are sufficiently mixed together while releasing smoothly the carrier gas.
CONSTITUTION: Air alone is sent to the supply port of a powder to prevent the clogging of the nozzle 4 of the supply port 3, and a rotary snaft 2 is turned and the ground 14 is bored through the excavating teeth rows 10 and 12 of stirring blades 7 and 8. Then, cement powder is supplied under pressure to the powder supply port 3 and the rotary shaft 2 is turned while being pulled up, whereupon the pneumatically sent cement powder is mixed with the stirred ground 16 in the back side of the stirring blade 8, air goes around the tip of the stirring blade 8 and is discharged to the ground's surface through a creeping bored hole 18, the cement powder collides with the ground 15 and mixed with stirred ground, together with moisture present in the ground, and the cement powder begins to set by coagulating reaction to form a improved ground 17.
