Abstract
PURPOSE: To treat bentonite mixed mud water by replacing it with a liquid having a specific gravity smaller than the bentonite mixed mud water in the treatment of slime generated in an excavation work using a stabilizing liquid.
CONSTITUTION: Immediately after the completion of excavation, a suction pipe 4 is inducted to the bottom of a pit 2 filled with a mixed mud water 1 as a stabilizing liquid, and on the upside of the mixed mud water 1, a replacement damper 5 from which a replacement liquid 6 composed primarily of a component (e.g., CMC, etc.) capable of supplementing the property of the stabilizing liquid without reacting to cement content and also having a specific gravity smaller than that of the mixed mud water 1 is flowed out is provided. And, as the replacement liquid 6 flows out from the replacement damper 5, the mixed mud water 1 at the bottom is discharged from the suction pipe 4 in such a way as to orderly replace all the bentonite mixed mud water 1 inside the pit 2 with the replacement liquid. Afterwards, concrete is placed into the pit to replace the replacement liquid 6 with the concrete.
