Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase the total amount of heat transmission and as well as shorten secondary combustion flames by a construction wherein primary flame holes and secondary flame holes, which are larger than the primary flame holes, are bored on a hollow flame hole providing body.
CONSTITUTION: In the burner 1 is provided the hollow flame hole providing body 4, and thereon are bored the primary flame holes 5 for primary combustion and the secondary flame holes 8 for secondary combustion, which is larger than the primary flame holes 5. According to the construction described above, primary combustion flames 6 and secondary combustion flames 9 are formed without backfiring and the combustion is performed dividing into the primary combustion and the secondary combustion. Consequently, a part of the combustion heat can be used as radiant heat and the remainder of the combustion heat as convection heat and the total amount of heat transmission can be increased. Furthermore, because the combustion is performed in two steps of primary and secondary combustions, short seconary combustion flames are resulted.
