Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent scattering liquid from sticking again on washing material surface and an outflow pipe for negatively pressurized gas from drawing the stains of the surroundings by disposing the outflow pipe for the negatively pressurized gas near an outflow pipe for pressurized gas.
CONSTITUTION: An outflow pipe 1 for negatively pressurized gas and an outflow pipe 2 for pressurized gas are united to one body in the relation of an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder. The pipe 1 connects to a negative pressure source such as a vacuum pump and the pipe 2 connects to an inert gas high pressure source such as gaseous helium or Argon. Therefore, the liquid stuck on the surfaces of a washing material 6 is pushed out radially by the gas from the pipe 2. This pushed out liquid enters a mixed fluid port 5 through an orifice 4. Hence, this liquid will not scatter and restick.
