Abstract
PURPOSE: To stably operate a distilling tower provided with a natural circulation reboiler at a less rate of heat supply by supplying a part of column top liquid/ side stream liquid to the liquid inlet part/liquid outlet part of the reboiler.
CONSTITUTION: In a distilling column A for the purpose of controlling the flash point of produce kerosene and light oil in a kerosene and light oil hydrodesulfurizing apparatus, a part of the column top oil consisting of water content and low b. p. components is condensed in a condenser C, after which it is introduced into a receiving tank D, and is subjected to gas-liquid separation. The separated gas is removed through a gas line 4, while the liquid is further separated to water and light hydrocarbon. The water is withdrawn to the outside of the system by a discharge line 5. On the other hand, a part of the light hydrocarbon is fed as reflux liquid to the distilling tower A, and further a part thereof is supplied through a supply line 7 to the liquid inlet part of a reboiler B, and the rest is withdrawn to the outside of the system through a withdrawal line 6.
