Abstract

CONSTITUTION: An illuminous apparatus 17 and a light receiving senser 18 are provided in an opposing manner on the wall surface of an atomizing cylinder, and the light receiving senser 18 is connected to a ultrasonic oscillator 16 through a controller 19 to control a ultrasonic vibrator 1 by a signal from the light receiving senser 18. Accordingly, it is possible to control the ultrasonic vibrator 1 in correspondence to the concentration of fine grains 10 within the atomizing cylinder 12, and hence the atomization quantity is stabilized.
