In accordance with the room temperature and the change gradient of the room temperature thus obtained, the compressor 1A and the control valves V3, V4 and V5 are controlled, so that the balance state between an air conditioning load and an air conditioning performance capacity can be detected correctly. Thus, the control is performed so positively that the working efficiency and the comfortability can be remarkably improved.
