Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve dynamic characteristics, by rectifying secondary side output of a current transformer connected between one end of output terminal of an AC generator and a rectifier, supplying this to a field winding of the AC generator together with output of the aforementioned rectifier and increasing number of primary windings of the current transformer. CONSTITUTION:Output terminals of armatures 4U and 4W of the AC generator 40 are connected directly to the rectifier 3, and an armature winding 4V is also connected to the rectifier 3 through a primary winding 11 of a current transformer 10. A secondary winding 12 of the current transformer 10 is connected to a field winding 4E through a rectifier 8. Output terminal of the rectifier 3 is also connected to the field winding 4E through a diode 9. The primary winding 11 of the current transformer 10 is increased in number of coils. As internal iductance, seen from the output terminal of the rectifier 3, is increased by doing so, dynamic characteristics can be improved.
