Abstract

PURPOSE: To effectively utulize solar heat by circulating hot water by bypassing it through a heat accumulating tank by the driving of an auxiliary boiler only when the difference between the temperature of the accumulating tank and the temperature at the inlet on the load side is less than the set value.
CONSTITUTION: When the temperature of hot water within a heat accumulating tank 2 is less than a set value and further the difference between the temperature of hot water at the inlet of the heat accumulating tank 2 and that at the inlet of a vapor generator 5 is less than the set value, both constantly closed contacts of a thermostat 24 and a differential temperature thermostat 26 are turned on, and a current is caused to flow to an auxiliary relay 28. Then, the constantly closed contact 28a is turned on, and an excitation coil 32 is supplied with a current, a three-way valve 18a is operated. When the temperature within the auxiliary boiler 3 is less than the set value, the constantly closed contact of a thermostat 35 is turned on, and a starting relay 31 is supplied with a current. Then, hot water circulates from the biler 3 via valve 18b, vapor generator 5, pump 17b, valve 18a to the boiler 3.
