Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily and accurately align the axial center of a cable and the axial center of long columnar additive masses by grasping the required parts of the cable by means of a pair of the supporting columns formed on the inside surfaces of die casting dies, then filling the space parts around the supporting columns thereby forming the masses by die casting. CONSTITUTION:The prescribed position of a cable 1 is inserted and fitted in the guide groove 11 of a molding die 9B, and the cable 1 is extended and seated in contact with the end faces of supporting columns 10.
