Abstract
PURPOSE: To quickly remove lubricant adhered to the surface of an object treated by a simplified system in which a space is provided above a pathway leading to a sintering zone, high-temperature waste gas is sent to the space where its pressure is equalized, and then the waste gas of equalized pressure is jetted onto an object treated.
CONSTITUTION: A space 8 surrounded by a fire-proof wall 7 is provided above the pathway 5 of a dewaxing zone, and a mixture of fuel gas and air is burned by burners 10 provided on both sides of the space 8. Since the space 8 and the pathway 5 are partitioned by a partition wall 11, flame is stabilized and good quality non- oxidative gas is formed. The combustion waste gas become of high and equalized pressure in the space 8 and then is vertically jetted toward the pathway 5 for treated object through all vent holes provided in the partition wall 11. Thus, the treated object being moved is exposed to the jet stream of the high-temperature waste gas and heated uniformly and quickly. Since the gas is reductive, lubricant adhered to the surface of the treated object is quickly removed.
