Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily and surely correct the deviation of a laser beam by providing a combination of a bender mirror which turns and a bender mirror which linearly moves back and forth between a laser oscillator and a laser torch.
CONSTITUTION: When the laser beam from a laser oscillator 1 assumes an optical axis B deviated by Δθ from a normal optical axis center A, a motor 14 is operated, thereby turning a lens barrel 11 counterclockwise around a pin 12. The bender mirror 19 fixed to a mirror holder 18 swivels and shifts to a prescribed position 19a, so that the beam assumes a corrected optical axis C which is parallel with the normal optical axis A. Thence, a motor 23 is operated to shift a bender mirror 21 for reflected light horizontally to the laser oscillator 1 side. Thereby, the corrected optical axis C is further corrected to an optical axis D, and is aligned to the original normal optical axis A.
