Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform a discharging of the load smoothly without hitting a rear swinger door when dumping the load and also to thereby protect the rear swinger door from a damage or a wearing by having the rear swinger door almost opened full at an initial stage of a dumping work.

CONSTITUTION: A subframe 2 is provided on a chassis frame 1, and a dump-load box 3 is supported by using a shaft at a rear end of the subframe 2 to be tilted backward by using an appropriate means. The dump-load box 3 consists of a bottom plate 5, both side walls 6 and a rear swinger door 9 which is supported by a shaft in a manner to be capable of swinging by means of a support arm 7 at the rear end upper portion of the dump-load box. A torque shaft 10 is mounted on a main girder 11 which exists at a lower part of the luggage box 3 and the both side walls 6 in a manner to be capable of rotating. A first arm 12 is fixed to the torque shaft 10, and at the fore-end thereof, a roller 14 is supported on a shaft which comes into contact with a cam piece 13. Furthermore the both ends of the torque shaft 10 are placed inside the walls 6 and the base portion of a second arm 15 is fixed to it. The both ends of a link 16 are connected to the second arm 15 and the support arm 7 of the swinger door.
