A cupola 21 is fixed to the disc 18, and an exhaust hole 21a is inserted through the ceiling plate of the outer cylinder 12. As a result, the flame of a gas burner 23 is introduced into the pipes 19 up to the cupola 21, and hence water supplied from a flow-in port 12a to a water chamber 22 is rapidly heated and is flowed through a flow-out port 12b.
