Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate driving of a control system and to perform operations to follow a lens system in a smooth manner, by a method wherein a bias of an angle of incidence of a solar light against a lens system is detected. CONSTITUTION:The device consists of the following units; a lens system 1 which focuses a solar light, a collecting part 2 for focused solar light, a sensor SO which detects a total solar light amount, a sensor S1 which is placed such that its one end contacts with an outer circumference of a luminous flux being formed within a range h(O<=h<=f) of the focal distance (f) of the lens system 1 and reaching a solar image formed in the lens system 1, while its other end being positioned outside the light flux to detect directly the solar light amount, and a sensor S2 which has the same structure as that of the sensor S1 and is located in a symmetrical position to detect an indirect solar light amount. Additionally, a device is constituted such that a bias of an angle of incidence against the lens 1 is detected by means of the output signal of each sensor S.
