Abstract

PURPOSE:To keep weld parts healthy in the water filling test employing sea water, by shutting off weld parts from water in order to prevent corrosion. CONSTITUTION:Before the water filling test is started, a weld part 1 is cleaned, and a corrosion-preventing tape 2 is attached thereto. Around the tape 2, double- coated tapes 4 are attached in order to completely bond the tape 2 to steel plates 3, and vinyl coating 5 is applied thereto. Accordingly, the weld part 1 can be shut off from water and protected from corrosion.
