PURPOSE:To permit a preparation of a mixed solvent of highly accurate mixing ratio, by properly controlling the open time of each of the solenoid on-off valves provided between solvent storage chambers and a mixing chamber according to the measured solvent mixing ratio. CONSTITUTION:The mixing ratio of the solvents from solvent storage chambers 1 and 2, mixed in a solvent mixing chamber 5 through a reciprocating plunger pump 6, is measured in a solvent mixing ratio measuring part 7. According to said measured mixing ratio, the open time of each of the solenoid valves provided between the storage chambers 1 and 2 and the mixing chamber 5 is controlled through a solenoid on-off valve controlling part 8 in which a necessary parameter of the set suction characteristic value of the pump 6, which has been corrected according to actual measurement errors, has been stored. Thereby, the solvents are mixed at a mixing ratio having a small error with respect to a set value. Accordingly, it is possible to prepare a liquid chromatographic mixed solvent of highly accurate mixing ratio.
