PURPOSE:To miaturize multifunctional A/D conversion tester by providing an integrated circuit including a range control circuit, and making it possible to switch the ranges by one range control switch. CONSTITUTION:The integrated circuit 14 is constituted by the range control circuit 15 in addition to an input attenuator 1, an A/D converter 2, a display driver 3, a range control circuit 4, and a range holding circuit 5. By providing said integrated circuit, only one switch 16 for the range control switch 15 can perform the switching of the automatic and manual ranges, the switching of the range holding, and the switching of the settings of the ranges. By providing said switch 16 in the vicinity of a measuring probe, the range control can be readily accomplished. Thus the multifunctional A/D conversion tester can be miniaturized.
