Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the quantity of light on an imagery plane roughly constant by disposing a diaphragm mechanism in or near an imagery lens, and changing the aperture area of the diaphragm mechanism synchronously with the scanning of the imagery lens or a mirror. CONSTITUTION:An imagery lens 11 consists of plural lenses, and a diaphragm mechanism 15 consisting of a rotary disc 15a, and plural diaphragm vanes 15b is supported in its inside by a lens support 11a. While a photoreceptor 10 is being rotated in an arrow (d) direction, a light source 12 and the lens 11 are moved in a horizontal direction, and the information of an original 9 is slit exposed. At this time, a potentiometer 21 detects the position of the support 11a, and applies the detection signal to a diaphragm control circuit 20. A potentiometer 22 detects the quantity of revolutions of a motor 16, and applies the detection signal to the circuit 20, then the control circuit 20 corrects the aperture diameter of the mchanism 15 to a proper value.
