Abstract

PURPOSE:To exclude non-linearity due to d.c. bias of before and after and improve the linearity of action by clamping each primary signal outputted by a matrix circuit and feeding back output of the two clamped signals to input side of the matrix circuit. CONSTITUTION:Signals including two colors out of three primary colors and a luminance signal are received in former steps 1, 2 and the signals are composed in a color matrix circuit 5 and reproduced including color signal information of the remaining one color to reproduce three primary colors taken by the transmitting side. Output of each primary color signal information reproduced in the circuit 5 is inputted to clamping circuits 6, 7, 8 and clamped at a specified value. In the circuit 5, each primary color signal information is inputted to circuits 6, 7, 8 without influencing other systems and without exceeding operation linear domain. Thus, linearity of each reproduced signal of the color reproducing device is improved.
