Abstract
PURPOSE:To avoid a state of oscillation for a voltage transmitting circuit, by providing a diode for shift of voltage and thus securing a direct transmission of the input voltage to an output terminal without applying any feedback to the base from the emitter of an emitter follower transistor (TR). CONSTITUTION:The voltage shifting diodes 18 and 19 are provided between a TR22 which forms a Miller circuit and a constant current source 20. When an euqal emitter-base characteristic is secured between the TRs 21 and 22, the current of 1/2 current value that flows through the source 20 flows to a series-connected substance of a TR17 plus diodes 18 and 19. Then the voltage VE becomes Vin-VBE(17) when the input voltage Vin is applied to an input terminal 13. Accordingly, the output voltage Vout given from an output terminal 14 becomes as VE+VD(18)+VD(19)- VBE(24). In this case, if VBE(17) VD(18) and VBE(24) VD(19) are satisfied, Vout=Vin is obtained. As a result, the input voltage applied to the terminal 13 is transmitted directly to the terminal 14 in the form of an output voltage.
