CONSTITUTION:When a subject has a sufficient luminous intensity, switches 27 and 28 are at the positions as shown in the figure by the function of a light quantity detecting circuit 23. A solid-state pickup device 1 receives a horizontal scan by the pulse (a) with every field and delivers a video signal (g). The signal (g) is outputted G as it is through a preamplifier. When the luminous intensity of the subject is low, the switches 27 and 28 are interexchanged.
