Abstract
PURPOSE:To save construction cost and consumption of electric power of a boiler, by a method wherein the discharge pressure of a boiler is controlled by providing a flow control valve to the side of discharge of a boiler, and a circulating pump, having a discharge pressure a little higher than the saturated steam pressure, which corresponds to the temperature of waste heat gas, to an inlet port. CONSTITUTION:The warm-water boiler 1 to recover the waste heat of comparatively low temperature is manufactured in an intensity so as to endure the pressure which is a little higher than the saturated steam pressure corresponding to the maximum temperature of waste heat gas 8. The control valve 11 to open and close in response to a heat load is provided at the outlet of warm-water of a warm-water boiler 1. When a heat load becomes zero, the valve 11 is closed and a circulating pump 4 on the side of an inlet is brought into a closed condition. The discharge pressure of a circulating pump 4 at that time is selected within the resisting pressure of a warm-water boiler 1, so as to be a little higher than the saturated steam pressure corresponding to the maximum temperature of waste heat gas 8.
