CONSTITUTION:A switch 14 is opened and a switch 15 is closed by a switching signal from a terminal 18. Output voltage of a comparator 17 becomes a low level in case when output voltage of an integrator is smaller than set voltage VR, and since it is smaller than comparison voltage E of the integrator, the output voltage of the integrator is increased. When the output voltage of the integrator exceeds the set voltage, the output voltage of the comparator 17 becomes a high level, and the output voltage of the integrator is decreased. As for this operation, its response speed is decided by a time constant decided by a capacitor 8 and a resistor 16, and a through rate of the comparator 17, and the operation is completed instantaneously.
