CONSTITUTION:Coils 22A, 22B are formed respectively on the upper face parts of the Hall elements 20A, 20B making an oxide film 72 as isolating means. Connections of the coils 22A, 22B to a signal source 78 are so set as magnetic fluxes phiA, phiB generated by both the coils to have opposite directions with each other. Electrodes 64, 68 are made as output terminals to enable to take out a Hall output when interlinking directions of magnetic fluxes generated from the coils 22A, 22B are in opposite directions like this. Because outside magnetic flux or residual magnetic flux of assembling material, etc., forms the same directional magnetic field to negate with each other being differed from magnetic fluxes phiA, phiB of the coils 22A, 22B, the elements are not affected by them, a Hall signal is generated only by magnetic fluxes generated from the cols 22A, 22B, the signal thereof is amplified by an amplifier 80, and can be taken out from an output terminal 82.
