PURPOSE: To promote the work efficiency by taking out accumulated papers from one paper-accumulation base while another accumulation base is operated for accumulation between two paper-accumulation bases.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of guide rails 36 are arranged to be brought up and down at fixed intervals on two descending paper-accumulation bases 15 and 16 provided in parallel with the conveying direction of papers 21 in a paper-issue device 11. Paper-issue chains 17 wound round sprockets 18 are provided with a plurality of paper-issue pawls 20 at fixed intervals, and a vertical cam 22 provided above paper-accumulation bases 15 and 16 is swayed by a solenoid 26. When paper- issue chains 17 run to bring paper-issue pawls 20 in contact with the vertical cam 22, papers 21 are dropped onto a board 41 on guide rails 36, and meantime, a motor 39 on the side of the paper-accumulation base 16 is rotated to supply the board 41 by a pusher 47 from the side of a paper-accumulation base 38 to the side of the paper accumulation base 16. Then, when the number of accumulated papers on the side of the paper-accumulation base 15 comes up to a set amount, paper-issue pawls 20 are separated from the cam 22, and papers 21 are conveyed onto the paper-accumulation base 16.
