CONSTITUTION:CCD element 1, 2 read in through two divisions of each one line of an original picture are driven at a drive circuit 3 at the same time, and a video signal in video element unit is given to memory blocks MB1, MB2 via converters 6, 7 from the elements 1, 2. The output of each CCD element is written in parallel according to a write-in clock signal at the block MB1 in write-in mode.
