Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to perform insertion or extraction work of a rotor to a stator in a short time without consuming labor by a method wherein one side end of the rotor shaft is fixed on a beam interposing a V-block between them, the other side end of the rotor shaft and the frame are hanged with ropes and the rotor is transferred. CONSTITUTION:The load side end part of the rotor shaft 3 is put on the beam 11 interposing the V-block 12 between them, the U-bolts 13 are hanged on them to fix the beam 11 and the rotor shatt 3. The tip part of the beam 11 and the antiload side end part of the rotor shaft 3 are hanged with wire ropes 4 respectively, and the rotor 5 is transferred to the antiload side to be extracted. When the rotor 5 is to be inserted into the stator, reverse motion of extraction work is performed. Accordingly overhauling and assembling work can be performed simply without applying specific processing to the rotor shaft 3, and moreover because the V-block 12 is used, this method has general usage for the size of the rotor shaft 3 and can be performed at a low cost.
