Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the characteristic of a rotary electric machine by a method laminated cores are rotated in the direction of lamination, and after the slot opening parts are assembled, the cores are tied up into a bundle. CONSTITUTION:Coils 3 are wound in slots 2 of the stator core 1 consisting of laminated iron plates having half-closed slots. Then the laminated iron plates are divided into plural sheets of small partitions 1a-1n in the direction of thickness of lamination, and after the small partitions are rotated alternately along the circumferential direction for 1/2 of breadth 4 of the slot opening parts and the slot opening parts are assembled zigzag, the cores are tied up into a bundle, and is engaged with a stator frame to be assembled. Accordingly the same effect of enhancement of characteristic with magnetic wedges for core having half-closed slots can be obtained easily.
