A coincidence signal 3a of the comparing circuit 3 is applied to a rollover counter 5, and is integrated. When a value of the rollover counter 5 is other than ''0'', a timer interruption signal 6a is generated. Subsequently, when a clear instruction signal 4a is generated, the timer interruption signal 6a is outputted continuously until a constant ''0'' is set to the rollover counter 5. In this way, a degree of time dependence of a system is reduced, and a drop of the processing capacity of the system is prevented.
