CONSTITUTION:While forms data read by a read part 7 is stored in a data buffer 9, forms data to be corrected is stored from a floopy disk 3 in a data buffer 10. Further, the corrected forms data is written-in onto the disk 3 from the buffer 10. Thus, the forms reading processing and erroneous forms correcting processing are carried out in parallel, thereby shortening the time of the forms processing.
