CONSTITUTION:On a substrate 1, high polymer piezoelectric conductor films 2 and 3 are stuck successively; and parallel coordinate electrodes 4 are provided longitudinally on the top surface of the lower film 2, and parallel coordinate electrodes 5 are provided laterally on the top surface of the upper film 3. Over the entire rear surface of the film 2, an electrode 6 which becomes the counter electrode for the coordinate electrodes 4 and 5 in common is provided.
