A supporting board 15, ribbon-shaped first electrode 16, supporting board 17 ribbon-shaped second electroed 18, supporting board 19 ard planar electrode 20 are provided on said coil-shaped heater 13. A planar fluorescent face 23 is provided through a circular spacer 21 on said third electrode 20.
