When the transmitter completes the transmission of signal at a modulation speed Vc, a control signal 2e including a trainning signal 1d and a demodulator speed set instruction Ve instructed to the receiver in advance is transmitted. Similarly, a trainning signal le and a control signal 2e are transmitted with a modulator speed Ve. On the other hand, the receiver changes the demodulator speed according to the control signal and it makes receptionable the next signal.
