Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a low noise emulsion spray by installing a spray nozzle in a pressure pump, communicating the suction port to the pressure pump to an emulsifying tank, communicating the emulsifying tank to the tip side of a supersonic horn so that the tip is contained airtightly, and connecting plural supply pipes for liquid to be treated to the emulsifying tank. CONSTITUTION:When a pressure pump 8 is started, Kerosene 19 and water 20 are sucked and fed to an emulsifiying tank 2 through respective feed pipes 15, 16 and brought into contact with the end face of small diameter tip of a supersonic horn and emulsified instantaneously. The emulsifying 2 is in a low pressure as it is in the suction side of the pressure pump 8 and countermeasures against leakage from the supersonic horn casing become easy. Feeding of kerosene and water is made automatically by suction due to negative pressure of the pressure pump. Accordingly, kerosene and water can be made to desired emulsification density by determining the ratio of ech feeding pipe and noise can be reduced.
