Abstract

PURPOSE: To form a thickened solid pattern with particles on a base by superposing a mold plate having a pattern cut out part on a base and press-adhering particles mixed with an adhesive into the cut out part and removing the mold plate.
CONSTITUTION: A mold plate 5 having a desired cut out pattern 4 is superposed on the surace of a base 1. Particles 7 mixed with a colored adhesive are pressed in the cut out part 4 by a pressing plate 8 and let the particles adhere on the surface of the base 1. Before the adhesive is dried, the mold plate 5 is removed. By this way, a solid pattern 10 made of particles having the shape of the cut out part 4 and the same height with the thickness of the mold plate is formed.
