PURPOSE:To eliminate the power supply part for switch device and to simplify the circuit constitution, by providing a power supply switch to a using device and a spare device, respectively and adding an active element to the switch device to perform switching action. CONSTITUTION:A power supply switch 11s is applied, and a device to be switched 11 functions as a using device; while other devices to be switched 12 and 13 are queuing as the spare devices with power supply switches 12s and 13s cut off, respectively. Under such conditions, if the using device has some fault, the switch 12s of the device 12 is applied to supply the electric power to a power supply part 12m. As a result, a relay 32 provided to a switching device 3 as an active element is driven, and its contact 32a works. Thus the device 11 is cut off from the systen, and the device 12 is connected to another switching device 4 to be incorporated into the system. In such way, the power supply part for switching device can be eliminated to simplify the circuit constitution.
