A guide pin 7 is inserted into the substrate 5, the covering plate is mounted on it and epoxy resin is poured into it while keeping it in such a condition that the covering plate 1 is pressed against the substrate 5 by a framing body 8, and then, the resin is hardened. The epoxy resin 9 is bonded to the surface of the substrate 1 through the small through holes 4.
