CONSTITUTION:A mask with a pattern 33 is used to form individual thin-film straight leads 37 to be connected individual thick-film straight leads 15, so that a connecting portion 36 therebetween is formed in a solid state. Even if individual thick-film straight leads 15A are shifted in their pitches, it becomes possible to obtain the individual thin-film straight leads 37 without failures by cutting off a solid state portion 35 of the individual thin-film straight leads in respective proper forms 41-45 by means of a laser or the like.
